Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s online fulfilment team and help deliver a seamless shopping experience to our customers. As an Online Assistant you will be responsible for picking and packing online orders accurately, efficiently and safely in a fast‑moving warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments regarding out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any online customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate a positive health‑and‑safety attitude for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
