About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online orders for our customers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring each order is prepared accurately and ready for delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Ensure orders are prepared for timely delivery.
Required profile
- Enjoy providing good customer service, even when working behind the scenes.
- Can work on your feet for the duration of a shift.
- Positive attitude, friendly smile and willingness to collaborate with the team.
- Demonstrate good communication with team members and other departments.
