Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to pick and pack online orders for our customers. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and teammates.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to help.
• Ability to work on your feet for the full shift.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Understanding of basic customer service principles.
