Online Assistant

About the role

Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand is looking for an Online Assistant to support its growing online grocery service. You will work on the shop floor, picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely while contributing to a friendly, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online grocery orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions, and customer enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and teammates.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
