Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting the fulfilment of online grocery orders for customers across the country. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments regarding out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a safe work area and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Ensure orders are ready for delivery or collection, meeting quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a welcoming smile.
