Nurse Practitioner (NP3+) – Contract (Minimum 6 Months)

About the role

Hauora Health Centre is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP3+) for a minimum six‑month contract. The role is part‑time (3 days per week, 0.6 FTE) and offers $105 per hour in a patient‑centred general practice environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care assessments and management for a diverse community.
• Prescribe medications and order investigations within the NP scope of practice.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, equitable health services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP3+) with current registration in New Zealand.
• Demonstrated experience in primary care or community health settings.
• Commitment to autonomous clinical practice and patient‑centred care.
