Nurse Practitioner – Flexible Role in New Health Hub

About the role

Qestral Health Hub is launching a brand‑new, purpose‑designed health centre in Papanui, Christchurch. We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join a modern, patient‑focused environment, with both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care to individuals, families and whānau.
• Conduct consultations, assessments and follow‑up appointments in state‑of‑the‑art consulting rooms.
• Collaborate closely with General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, allied health professionals and other staff.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of care delivery within the new Health Hub.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to privacy and professional standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
• Experience in a GP practice, health hub or similar primary‑care setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering patient‑centred care and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly and adaptively in a busy clinical environment.
• Good understanding of New Zealand primary‑healthcare systems and professional standards.

Required skills

• Comfortable using modern practice management systems.
• Proficient with clinical software for electronic health records.
