Night Shift Class 5 Container Truck Driver

About the role
Qube Logistics NZ is expanding its Tauranga team and seeks dedicated Class 5 drivers for a full‑time permanent night‑shift position. You will operate modern fleet vehicles, transporting empty shipping containers safely during evening and overnight hours.
Key responsibilities
- Drive a Class 5 container truck on night shifts (Monday – Friday, 5:30 pm – 4:00 am).
- Transport empty shipping containers between Sulphur Point and other depot sites across Tauranga.
- Coordinate with on‑site operators who load and unload the containers.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards throughout each trip.
Required profile
- Valid Class 5 driver licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous truck‑driving experience, preferably in container logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality for night‑shift schedules.
