About the role
Brannigans Consulting Limited is seeking a National Safety and Sustainability Lead to join its Christchurch office. This senior‑level position will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, driving the company’s safety and sustainability agenda across New Zealand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of safety and sustainability strategies at a national scale.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on safety and ESG performance.
- Govern, monitor and communicate safety and sustainability metrics across all organisational levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to embed safety and sustainability considerations into business decisions.
- Represent the firm in external sustainability forums and stakeholder engagements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in safety and sustainability leadership within a consulting or advisory environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Based in Christchurch with a willingness to work on‑site.
