National Business Manager - Foodstuffs

About the role

Hunter Campbell is seeking a National Business Manager to own and grow the relationship with Foodstuffs NZ for Glow Lab, the country’s fastest‑growing natural personal‑care brand. Based in St Johns, Auckland, you will lead a third‑party field team and act as the primary point of contact for this key retail partner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end Foodstuffs NZ partnership, ensuring alignment on sales targets, promotions and brand positioning.
• Lead, coach and coordinate a third‑party field sales team to maximise in‑store presence and product performance.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to develop joint business plans and activation strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and retailer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Report on sales performance, forecast demand and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in national account management or senior sales roles within the FMCG or personal‑care sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with major retail chains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead external teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
