National Account Manager – Foodservice & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a commercially strong National Account Manager to lead and grow our Foodservice and Hospitality portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own key relationships, drive revenue, and shape the future direction of our FMCG distribution business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Foodservice and HORECA customers.
• Negotiate supply agreements, pricing, and promotional investments.
• Prepare tenders and evaluate commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and long‑term channel performance.
• Lead one direct report and collaborate with senior leadership locally and in Australia.

Required profile

• Experience in Foodservice, HORECA or FMCG distribution channels.
• Proven key account management and business development track record.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of trade maths, pricing and margins.
• Ability to analyse data, spot opportunities and make sound decisions.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive and capable of building structure where needed.
• People leadership experience or the ability to develop others.
