About the role

Flourish Café is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to manage its two locations in Takapuna and the Central Business District. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing menus, and ensuring financial performance across both sites.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Takapuna and CBD cafés.
  • Develop and refresh menu offerings to meet customer expectations.
  • Procure stock, manage inventory, and control cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Design and implement in‑store promotions to boost sales.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule café staff across both sites.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in café or hospitality management.
  • Strong track record in people management and team leadership.
  • Full working rights in New Zealand.
