About the role
The Multi-Site Manager will lead the integration of three manufacturing operations into a single high‑performing team. Based in Auckland, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across all sites.
Key responsibilities
- Unify three manufacturing sites under a common, high‑performing culture.
- Drive operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build alignment among site leaders, develop leadership capabilities and establish standard operating procedures.
- Lead the transformation effort to create a cohesive, collaborative team focused on operational results.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing sites or plants.
- Strong leadership and change‑management skills.
- Ability to develop leaders and promote a culture of accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive salary $160,000‑$180,000 per year, based on experience
- Company car
- Full‑time, on‑site role in Auckland
