Motorcycle Delivery Agent – Whangarei

About the role

Join NZ Post as a Delivery Agent in Whangarei, using a motorcycle or e‑bike to bring mail and parcels to customers across the region. You’ll be the friendly face of the organisation, helping Kiwi businesses and families stay connected.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and sort mail and parcels from the Whangarei Operations Centre.
• Deliver items on a rotating 5‑day roster, covering both weekday and weekend shifts.
• Navigate routes safely in all weather conditions using a motorcycle or e‑bike.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure proper handling of items.
• Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Available to work a rotating 5‑day roster.
• Reliable transport to arrive on time for shifts.
• Valid learner’s motorcycle licence (mandatory).
• Physically fit and resilient.
• Strong numeracy and literacy to manage addressing information.
• Commitment to high customer satisfaction.
