Motorcycle Delivery Agent

About the role

Join NZ Post as a Motorcycle Delivery Agent in Whangarei, delivering mail and parcels across the community using a motorcycle or E‑Bike. You’ll be the face of the organisation, ensuring customers receive their items safely and on time, rain or shine.

Key responsibilities

• Process and sort mail at the Whangarei Operations Centre.
• Deliver mail and parcels on a designated route using a motorcycle or E‑Bike.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and reliable service.
• Adhere to health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
• Accurately handle addressing information using strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Required profile

• Availability for a five‑day rotating roster (Monday‑Friday or Tuesday‑Saturday).
• Reliable transport to arrive at work on time.
• Physically fit and resilient.
• High level of numeracy and literacy for accurate addressing.
• Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Required skills

• Valid learner’s motorcycle licence (mandatory).

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Shift hours: 07:00 – 14:32.
• Hourly rate of $27.86 (effective 1 July 2026).
