Motion Graphic Designer (Remote 2D Animation)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our fully remote animation and branding studio. You will focus on 2D animation, creating engaging explainer videos, character animations, and live visuals for TV shows and other media projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative directors and project leads to conceptualise and execute 2D motion graphics.
• Design and animate explainer videos, character animations, and live visuals using industry‑standard tools.
• Interpret storyboards and briefs to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Maintain consistency in style, quality, and branding across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions through effective communication with the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 2D motion design, preferably within animation studios or creative agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and related animation software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
• Ability to create both character and non‑character animations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, including explainer videos and character animation.
• Availability to work on multiple projects as needed.
