About the role

Join an inclusive, growing team in Christchurch and use your proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser with a Level 5 Certificate in Lending to help property investors achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality advice to investor clients throughout their property purchase journey.
• Manage the full lending process from pre‑approval to settlement.
• Conduct eight client meetings per week via Zoom, supporting a high conversion rate.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and lenders, enhancing your industry reputation.
• Collaborate with a friendly team of advisers and loan writers in a vibrant office environment.

Required profile

• Permanent Resident or New Zealand citizen (essential).
• NZ Level 5 Certificate in Property Lending (essential).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser or Lending Specialist (essential).
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and compliance culture.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• People‑oriented with solid administrative abilities.
