Modern Workplace Engineer

About the role

Join Les Mills as a Modern Workplace Engineer and help power the collaboration tools that enable our global teams to connect, create and get work done every day. You will be at the centre of a fast‑moving environment, improving employee experience through reliable, secure technology.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Microsoft 365 and other workplace platforms run seamlessly and securely.
• Support global teams with high‑performing collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint and Egnyte.
• Administer identity, endpoint and device management solutions (Entra ID, Intune, Jamf).
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across Modern Workplace technologies.
• Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues and manage multiple priorities across regions.

Required profile

• Organised, solutions‑focused and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong technical capability with clear communication skills.
• 3‑4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration or Modern Workplace environments.
• Experience working in structured service models and collaborating with service‑desk teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft) are a plus.
