Mobility Manager – APAC (Remote)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Mobility Manager to lead its APAC mobility initiatives. This fully remote position will oversee immigration and relocation processes, ensuring smooth cross‑border transitions for employees while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑volume, remote‑first operational team.
• Manage end‑to‑end immigration compliance and global mobility workflows for APAC employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless relocation experiences.
• Design and implement short‑ and long‑term strategies aligned with the Mobility team’s vision.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development for team members.
• Monitor risk, ensure regulatory adherence, and communicate updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing remote, high‑volume operational teams.
• Strong background in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth tech environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience working remotely is advantageous.
