Mobile Mortgage Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused professional to join ANZ as a Mobile Mortgage Manager in Queenstown. In this role you will guide home‑buyers through the entire mortgage journey, providing personalised advice and support from the first conversation to settlement and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers through the full home‑loan process, from initial enquiry to settlement.
• Deliver outstanding service while considering customers’ overall financial wellbeing, including insurance needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as real estate agents, accountants and lawyers.
• Collaborate with ANZ’s Personal, Business and Private Banking teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Follow compliance, risk and quality standards to provide reliable, responsible advice.
• Grow the home‑lending portfolio by leveraging internal and external networks.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people achieve home‑ownership.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and make sound credit recommendations.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and high‑quality standards.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while managing time effectively.
