About the role

The Mobile Mortgage Manager supports customers throughout their home‑buying journey, acting as a trusted home‑lending expert. This mobile position offers flexibility to meet clients at convenient times and locations, including outside regular business hours, while collaborating with internal banking teams.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through every stage of the mortgage process, delivering high‑quality service and building advocacy.
• Partner with Personal, Business, and Private Banking divisions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the brand at community events and mentor peers as a local home‑lending specialist.
• Generate new business by cultivating relationships with external partners such as accountants, lawyers, and real‑estate agents.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements while upholding strong credit quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work autonomously both on‑site and remotely.
• Excellent communication and customer‑engagement capabilities.
• Retail‑level personal lending and credit experience.
• Strong analytical skills to assess income, expenses, and affordability.
• Demonstrated business‑development and relationship‑building expertise.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting team initiatives.
