Mid‑Senior UX Designer – Digital Experience

About the role

EROAD is seeking a Mid‑Senior UX Designer to shape digital experiences across its app, web, and in‑cab touch points. You will apply human‑centred design principles to identify customer needs, solve pain points, and deliver intuitive, delightful interactions that support road safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define product vision through user research, interviews, surveys and on‑site observation.
• Analyse user metrics to uncover patterns, prioritize pain points and recommend product improvements or new offerings.
• Develop customer‑centred user journeys and UX documentation such as wireframes, prototypes, interaction specifications and navigation models.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions with cross‑functional teams to explore design solutions.
• Engage with engineering teams in daily scrums, providing UX direction and education.
• Promote consistent, human‑centred design across all EROAD products and evolve the design system.

Required profile

• 4+ years of digital design experience, preferably in large organisations or at scale.
• Proven ability to create and communicate UX documentation and design concepts.
• Experience presenting ideas and proposals to stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of user research methods and metrics‑driven design thinking.

Required skills
