Mid-Level Full-Stack Data Engineer – 12‑Month Fixed Term

About the role

ClearPoint is seeking a Mid‑Level Full‑Stack Data Engineer on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will own end‑to‑end delivery for multiple data domains within a client environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality, transparent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery for 2‑3 bounded data domains across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Reporting layers.
• Build, extend and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Fivetran and dbt.
• Modify and deploy infrastructure changes within a Terraform‑based framework.
• Integrate REST/SaaS APIs into the Bronze data layer following CI/CD practices.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, PR reviews and regular check‑ins, communicating progress and blockers.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience with Snowflake and medallion/lakehouse architecture.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of star and snowflake schemas.
• Hands‑on experience building pipelines with Fivetran and dbt.
• Comfortable working with Terraform for infrastructure changes.
• Ability to integrate REST/SaaS APIs and follow CI/CD workflows.
