Mid-level Digital Designer

About the role

Digitas, a leading connected experience agency in Australia, is looking for a mid‑level Digital Designer to join its Melbourne team. You will work hands‑on across digital experiences, CRM communications, customer journeys, websites and campaign assets, turning concepts into compelling, user‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging digital experiences for CRM, customer journeys, websites, landing pages, EDMs and other touchpoints.
• Translate briefs into creative solutions from concept through final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, developers and account teams.
• Develop rapid concepts and creative ideas for digital campaigns.
• Create high‑quality static, interactive and motion‑based assets that meet brand guidelines.
• Own projects, present design rationale and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of craft.
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance workflow and output.
• Support the evolution of digital design systems and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of digital design experience in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website, CRM or digital campaign work.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Curiosity for emerging technology and AI‑driven design.
