Microsoft Business Central Consultant

About the role

This senior, customer‑facing consulting position will guide clients through their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central journey, from pre‑sales engagement to solution delivery and post‑implementation support. You will join a high‑performing team within an award‑winning practice that partners with ambitious businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable, best‑practice solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and contribute to pre‑sales activities, proposals, and opportunity identification.
• Mentor and support junior consultants within the team.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of high‑quality solutions that maximise business value.
• Incorporate an innovative, AI‑first mindset into solution design.

Required profile

• Strong track record in senior consulting, principal, or architect roles for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Deep functional expertise across Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Projects and Reporting modules.
• Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and design scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience delivering full‑cycle implementations from discovery to go‑live.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• High business acumen and a results‑oriented mindset.
