About the role
Join Postie Plus as a Merchandise Planner for the Womenswear category. In this full‑time, on‑site role you will help drive commercial performance across both physical stores and the online channel, supporting a proudly Kiwi retailer with over 100 years of history. You will play a key role in driving the performance of the Womenswear category across stores and online, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Own commercial outcomes across a dynamic Womenswear category.
- Drive sales performance and profitability for the Womenswear range.
- Partner closely with Buying, Retail and eCommerce teams to align strategies and drive results.
- Collaborate with store and online teams to ensure consistent product presentation and availability.
