Member Support Coordinator

About the role

The Member Support Coordinator will join Halo Plumbing Group Limited’s growing national trade network. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will build genuine relationships with independent trade business owners across New Zealand and act as their primary point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade business owners throughout New Zealand.
• Provide first‑line support for member enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate communication between members and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate member records and update the network database.
• Contribute ideas to improve member experience and support network growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
