Medical Representative – Dermatology (Wellington)

About the role
As a Medical Representative for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you will be the face of our La Roche‑Posay and CeraVe brands in Wellington. This field‑based position requires strategic planning, mobility, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop strong relationships with dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists.
- Execute a strategic call cycle to detail dermatological formulations and drive sales growth.
- Organise and deliver training sessions on product science, innovations, and brand values.
- Analyse territory performance, uncover growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to meet targets.
Required profile
- Educational background in pharmacy, science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales with a record of influencing healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage a large territory.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting scientific information.
- Experience in skincare or dermatology is a plus.
