About the role

Join the Agency Sales team at NZME’s Central Auckland office as a Media Coordinator. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to radio, digital and print campaigns while developing strong organisational and operational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as coordinating bookings, supporting campaign briefs and preparing proposals.
• Provide coordination and reporting support to the sales team, tracking campaign progress and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist with campaign documentation, maintain accurate records and help streamline internal processes.
• Learn NZME’s media systems and processes, gaining insight into how campaigns are delivered across Aotearoa.

Required profile

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
• Strong multitasking ability with a keen eye for detail.
• Positive, willing‑to‑learn attitude and ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
• Previous experience in admin, coordination, retail or customer service is helpful but not essential.
