Marketing Specialist

About the role

Workride is looking for a hands‑on, high‑energy Marketing Specialist to join its fast‑growing Christchurch team. You will work closely with sales, operations and the Co‑founder to drive digital growth and promote the company’s bike‑benefit programme across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage landing pages, forms, email campaigns and event registration pages in HubSpot.
• Set up and optimise automated workflows, lead‑tracking systems and customer journeys.
• Run digital lead‑generation campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and adjust tactics in real time.
• Create visual assets, presentations and sales collateral using Canva and AI tools.
• Develop and manage Workride’s social presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Meta.
• Produce case studies, blog posts, employer communications and thought‑leadership content.
• Organise and execute employer events, webinars, product demos and bike activations nationwide.
