Marketing Operations Director

About the role

As the Marketing Operations Director at Auror, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing operations landscape, working within a high‑impact RevOps team that partners closely with the global Marketing squad. This is a builder role where you will define what excellence looks like in a rapidly scaling business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional and global marketing teams to design and implement scalable processes and system configurations.
• Define and own the architecture for marketing systems, attribution models, and the full marketing data stack.
• Deliver visibility and performance reporting that connects marketing initiatives to tangible business outcomes.
• Standardise execution, governance, and scalable reporting across all marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the CMO and RevOps leadership to strengthen consistency and operational clarity.

Required profile

• Strategic vision combined with deep technical understanding of marketing operations.
• Proven ability to align cross‑functional partners on execution strategy before diving into details.
• High bar for operational excellence and a track record of building processes in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong communication skills to keep teams and business partners in sync.
