Marketing Manager - Consumer Acquisition

About the role

As the Marketing Manager – Consumer Acquisition at One NZ, you will translate business priorities into high‑impact, customer‑focused marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of your portfolio, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure each initiative is data‑driven and continuously optimised.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing delivery for your portfolio, aligning activities with business priorities.
• Convert portfolio strategy into clear, customer‑informed briefs and integrated plans.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of campaigns and go‑to‑market activities across multiple channels.
• Apply strong marketing judgement on audience targeting, proposition, messaging and channel selection.
• Drive acquisition, engagement, retention and pipeline growth, including lifecycle and customer‑value initiatives.
• Track, analyse and optimise campaign, funnel and programme performance using data, CRM and digital tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to provide guidance and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end marketing in B2C and/or B2B environments.
• Track record of marketing activities that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong judgement across audience, proposition, messaging and channel mix.
• Experience in acquisition marketing, go‑to‑market delivery and performance optimisation.
• Confidence working in complex, cross‑functional settings and influencing diverse stakeholders.
