Marketing Manager – Baby Products

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Baby product vertical. You will be the driving force behind global initiatives, execute local campaigns and manage everything from product launches to influencer seeding, digital performance, PR and retailer partnerships, working closely with the global team.

Key responsibilities

• Own global Baby initiatives alongside the Marketing Director and execute local marketing strategies.
• Drive global paid campaigns, localising content and activations for cultural relevance.
• Launch new products across all major marketing channels with high‑impact execution.
• Oversee digital marketing performance and optimise campaigns with the internal Digital Marketing team.
• Lead large‑scale influencer seeding programmes, managing outreach, content acquisition and delivery.
• Manage PR and event initiatives, briefing agencies on editorial features and experiential marketing.
• Serve as primary contact for key retail partners, driving retail media activation and managing listings.
• Track and manage marketing and paid media budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic plans.
• Handle operational marketing tasks such as customer service coordination, stock management and invoice processing.
• Provide bi‑monthly updates to stakeholders and lead post‑campaign reporting with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, either in‑house/FMCG or a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proven experience in 360° brand marketing, retail, influencer marketing and campaign management.
