Marketing Lead

About the role

Patagonia is seeking a Marketing Lead to bring its brand, community, and environmental mission to life across Aotearoa New Zealand. Based in Queenstown, this junior‑to‑mid‑level position sits at the heart of the local marketing ecosystem, linking teams, processes, and timelines to deliver seamless campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the NZ marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are on time, on brand, and detail‑oriented.
• Own and optimise marketing operations, including seasonal calendars, asset workflows, and cross‑channel coordination.
• Enable aligned execution across retail, wholesale, e‑commerce, and events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Impact Manager NZ and the ANZ team to translate global strategy into local relevance.

Required profile

• Proven experience thriving in a team‑based environment.
• Passion for community, the environment, and caring for others.
• Core Patagonia product user who loves mountains, ocean, and wild nature.
• Comfort with ambiguity, quick learning, sound judgment, and creative problem‑solving.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
