Marketing Lead

About the role

IT Partners is seeking a Marketing Lead to shape and execute a scalable, future‑ready B2B marketing function. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and technical specialists to translate complex technology into compelling customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns that align with business priorities.
• Lead website design, optimisation and content creation, with hands‑on involvement in platforms such as Webflow.
• Stay ahead of SEO, GEO, AEO and AI‑powered search trends, applying insights to improve client engagement.
• Coach and support a small marketing team while remaining actively involved in execution.
• Collaborate with technical experts to produce thought‑leadership and campaign assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of linking marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Comfortable working alongside technical specialists and translating complex ideas into clear value propositions.
• Proactive learner who embraces emerging digital tools and AI experimentation.
