Marketing Lead – Brand & Paid Media

About the role

We are Q Golf, the maker of the Q – an adjustable all‑in‑one golf club sold in 50 countries. We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will own the visual identity of the brand, create and execute email campaigns and manage our paid‑media activities. This is a hands‑on role where you will work closely with a small, agile team on everything from product launches to daily social posts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce brand‑consistent visual assets for web, social and print.
• Plan, write, test and send email newsletters and promotional mailings.
• Set up, optimise and report on paid‑media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube.
• Collaborate on product launches, events and trade‑show activations.
• Help evolve the Authorized Reseller programme and, over time, take ownership of broader marketing strategy.

Required profile

• Strong design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail.
• Passion for golf and understanding of the target audience.
• Hands‑on attitude; comfortable executing tasks rather than only planning.

Required skills

• Design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Email marketing platforms.
• Paid‑media platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads.
