Marketing Executive

About the role

Fisher & Paykel, an iconic global brand with deep New Zealand roots, is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, measurement and optimisation of mid‑ and lower‑funnel marketing activities across its brands (Fisher & Paykel and Haier) in New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist marketing managers and specialists in translating commercial and product priorities into actionable marketing plans.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, working with global and local teams.
• Support product marketing activities, including new product launches, promotions and category initiatives.
• Collect, analyse and present performance data to drive optimisation and informed decision‑making.
• Ensure all activities are brand‑aligned, locally relevant and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Marketing generalist with experience in consumer goods or premium brands.
• Highly organised, detail‑driven and able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, comfortable working with digital, social, PR and creative teams.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative, with a willingness to ask questions and improve effectiveness.
• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Exposure to digital marketing concepts.
