Marketing Executive

About the role

Indicator is a B2B sales development organisation helping Australasian companies boost their sales and leadership capabilities. As a Marketing Executive you will lead the planning, execution and analysis of multi‑channel marketing campaigns while supporting the broader marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website with fresh content and improvements.
• Plan, execute and report on marketing campaigns, including EDMs, social media, events and content.
• Own and enforce brand guidelines across all channels and collateral.
• Create graphic assets such as brochures, flyers, social creatives, presentations, e‑books and sales tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing plans and event management.
• Support the social media and content calendar – planning, creation and scheduling.
• Maintain HubSpot – contact management, email marketing and basic workflow automation.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing systems and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and achieving results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent graphic design tools).
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM and related analytical tools.
