Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Data Analyst will implement, maintain, and use analytics and tracking tools to deliver actionable insights on campaign performance and customer behavior. Working closely with marketing and data teams, the role ensures accurate measurement of key activities and supports data‑driven decision‑making across the function.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and internal systems across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Partner with marketing and data teams to design tracking plans, define events, conversions, and funnel steps.
• Monitor data quality, verify tag and pixel firing, and resolve tracking issues promptly.
• Build and maintain standard dashboards and reports that summarize performance trends.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
• Support A/B tests by defining metrics, setting up tracking, and analysing results.
• Document tracking implementations, data definitions, and reporting standards.
• Train marketing team members to read dashboards and generate basic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or web analytics.
• Strong communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
