Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a fast‑growing New Zealand fashion brand. The role blends creative content production with hands‑on campaign execution across retail and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly EDM campaigns, handling copywriting, design and execution.
• Develop social media content and support paid social and performance‑marketing activities.
• Coordinate ecommerce and campaign photoshoots, managing photographers, models, studios, samples and creative direction.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to improve engagement and results.
• Support brand initiatives such as partnerships, promotions and advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies and external partners to deliver impactful marketing activity.
• Generate fresh ideas to grow brand awareness and enhance customer engagement across channels.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Excellent project coordination and organisational skills.
• Creative eye with an appreciation for good design.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Resilience and adaptability when priorities shift.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a genuine can‑do mindset.
