Marketing Coordinator – Global Events & Co‑Marketing

About the role

FRAMECAD is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to act as the administrative and logistical engine of its global marketing team. The role supports the worldwide tradeshow programme and the FRAMECAD Connect co‑marketing initiative while providing day‑to‑day assistance to the Head of Marketing and other team members.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global tradeshows and events from planning through post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain the tradeshow and events calendar, tracking deadlines, job codes and online updates.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver event promotion, stand assets, collateral and logistics.
• Capture event leads in HubSpot and feed them into appropriate nurture programmes.
• Prepare post‑event reports on outcomes, lead generation and ROI.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing support for customers in the FRAMECAD Connect co‑marketing programme.
• Keep FRAMECAD Connect resources and website content current, accurate and well organised.
• Maintain relevant sections of the FRAMECAD website, including tradeshow and partner content.
• Handle marketing administration such as purchase orders, invoices, GL coding and document organisation.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Head of Marketing, global marketing team and customer‑facing teams.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, events administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience coordinating B2B tradeshows or events with cross‑regional collaboration.
• Strong administrative abilities, including purchase‑order processing, invoice handling and budget tracking.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation).
• SharePoint or a similar content/document management system.
• Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms.
