Marketing Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join Aliaxis NZ on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working in a hybrid model, you will support the marketing team by driving promotional campaigns, coordinating events and trade shows, and handling essential administrative tasks that keep our activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the quarterly promotional calendar, partnering with sales managers and external distributors to plan and run campaigns.
• Source high‑value giveaways and manage promotions from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing services and product management.
• Brief, review and deliver high‑impact promotional assets in collaboration with an external creative agency and in‑house design teams.
• Support the team with events, trade shows, marketing communications and administrative duties such as invoicing and internal event organisation.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client communication and campaign activity.
• Utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its Customer Insights module to execute targeted email marketing and manage customer communications.
• Represent Aliaxis NZ and the Marley brand at nominated trade and industry events.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Passionate about turning creative marketing ideas into memorable campaigns.
• Comfortable working across a variety of tasks and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Customer Insights module).
