Marketing & Channel Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Channel Growth Manager to join Kraft Heinz’s Away From Home & Export NZ team in Newmarket. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and focuses on driving growth across key channels through data‑driven strategy and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead category and channel strategy by analysing pricing, customer, market and competitor data.
• Develop and execute business plans for key channels, optimizing product assortment, pricing and positioning to increase volume and profitability.
• Build business cases for new product development and manage agile SKU set‑ups for seamless go‑to‑market execution.
• Track external market intelligence and commodity trends to inform procurement, portfolio and pricing decisions.
• Manage financial processes including COGS setup, P&L accuracy, CPI planning and monthly profitability reviews.
• Create SOPs and playbooks, leading process‑improvement initiatives across teams.
• Support export market growth through price tracking, portfolio management and customer‑facing presentations.
• Collaborate with Head of AFH & Export, RGM, field teams and senior leadership to align strategies with business objectives.
• Implement digital tools and portals for B2B customers to enhance channel performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end pricing process implementation and improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Highly analytical mindset, comfortable using data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Consultative, energetic style with a sense of urgency.
