Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator

About the role

Join MITO’s Marketing and Communications Group and help bring the brand to life across New Zealand’s key industries. You will create compelling visual and written content, support campaigns, and ensure internal communications run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written, photographic, and video content for external and internal audiences.
• Support promotional campaigns and organisational initiatives.
• Manage and maintain MITO’s intranet and produce the internal newsletter.
• Assist with MITO’s presence at career expos, graduations and industry events.
• Coordinate promotional materials, displays and event logistics.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong videography and photography creation abilities.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• Experience with content management systems, databases and digital communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
