About the role

Join a leading flexible packaging manufacturer as a Manufacturing Process Operator. You will work on a rotating 12‑hour day/night shift pattern, contributing to the production of high‑quality packaging solutions while enjoying competitive hourly pay and a range of allowances.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment on 12‑hour rotating shifts.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Record production data and report any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Participate in weekend overtime as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work flexible day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to perform first‑aid duties when needed.
• Physical stamina for standing and moving in a manufacturing environment.
