Management Consulting Analyst / Senior Analyst

About the role

Join PwC New Zealand’s Management Consulting team as an Analyst or Senior Analyst. You will work with public and private sector clients to solve complex challenges, design transformation programmes, and drive lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within project teams and with clients to produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Design and implement solutions that help clients achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Navigate ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and solve complex business problems.
• Own a key workstream or project element, supported by senior team members.
• Analyse data, develop insights, and present recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and PwC colleagues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a public, corporate, or professional services environment.
• A tertiary degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Commerce, Business, Law, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline (advantageous).
• Experience working with clients in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues.
• Demonstrated self‑leadership and willingness to learn and up‑skill.
• Commercial curiosity and interest in solving organisational challenges.
