About the role

We are looking for a passionate Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in Howick, Auckland. You will work within the renowned Luxury Travel Collection network, delivering premium travel experiences to high‑net‑worth clients while enjoying global exposure and industry perks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and book bespoke luxury travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high‑value customers through proactive networking and relationship management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury travel trends, destinations, and exclusive supplier offerings.
• Provide end‑to‑end service, from initial consultation to post‑travel follow‑up, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and the in‑house health and wellbeing department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury travel sales or a related hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
