Luxe Home Consultant – Queenstown

About the role

Join the Managed Services program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant in Queenstown. You will conduct in‑person home assessments, document property conditions, capture high‑quality photos and deliver detailed evaluation reports to uphold the luxury standards of Airbnb’s Luxe homes. Work is on an as‑needed basis with fluctuating assignment volume.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high‑quality photos and document the condition of each property.
• Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
• Submit reports promptly and accurately after each consultation.

Required profile

• Preferred background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate or related fields (not mandatory).
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation with willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Own a phone or tablet capable of completing reports and uploading photos.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong attention to detail.
• Tech‑comfortable with a stable internet connection.
• Located within one hour driving distance from the Queenstown assignment area.

What we offer

• Per‑assignment compensation; candidates propose a base rate for a 1‑bedroom home (average $75‑$90 USD).
• Additional $5 USD for each extra bedroom up to eight bedrooms.
• Travel compensation ranging from $5‑$92 USD per day, based on distance from the assigned zone.
