Luge Supervisor

About the role

As a Luge Supervisor you will lead the daily operation of our luge attraction, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every guest. You will oversee staff, enforce operating procedures, and maintain high standards of customer service in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day luge and chairlift operations, following safety protocols.
• Conduct continuous safety checks on luge carts, chairlift, and surrounding areas.
• Supervise and coach a team of front‑line staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and operational records.
• Schedule staff shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet demand.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (desired).
• First Aid certification (desired).
• Friendly, conscientious attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, use initiative, and follow procedures strictly.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (if obtained).
