Luge Operator

About the role

As a Luge Operator you will be at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the luge track and chairlift. You will work in a dynamic, outdoor environment and be part of a team that values safety, fun and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the luge and chairlift according to established procedures.
• Conduct continuous safety checks and prioritize guest safety at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests of all ages.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including random drug and alcohol testing compliance.
• Work a flexible roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
